摘  要:采用电子显微镜配合能谱分析、镀锡板模拟气雾阀酒精浸泡实验和电化学实验,对气雾阀经过酒精浸泡后出现黑点缺陷的发生原因进行分析。实验结果表明,气雾阀在酒精中产生黑点缺陷的原因为气雾阀表面锡层会受到破坏而暴露出合金层。合金层与纯锡层同时暴露于酒精中组成电偶,发生了电化学腐蚀。The causes of black spot defects after alcohol immersion in aerosol valve were analyzed by means of electron microscope combined with energy spectrum analysis,tinplate simulated aerosol valve alcohol immersion experiment and electrochemical experiment.The experimental results show that the reason for the black spot defect of the aerosol valve in alcohol is that the tin layer on the surface of the aerosol valve will be damaged and the alloy layer will be exposed.The alloy layer and the pure tin layer were exposed to alcohol at the same time to form a galvanic couple,and electrochemical corrosion occurred.
