摘  要:为进一步研究牛卵巢的发育规律,明确卵巢长、宽、高与卵巢重量的相关性,建立卵巢性状间最优回归方程,对389头处于发情后期中国荷斯坦奶牛的卵巢进行描述统计,并进行了相关性与回归性分析,建立了卵巢重量与卵巢长、宽、高的最优回归方程。结果显示,卵巢长、宽和高与卵巢重量呈显著相关,其中卵巢高与卵巢重量相关性最强(r=0.480)。通径分析结果显示,卵巢长、宽、高主要通过直接作用影响卵巢重量,其中卵巢高对卵巢重量的直接作用最强(P=0.422)。以卵巢重量为因变量,卵巢长、宽、高为自变量建立的最优回归方程为y=0.192x 1+0.291x 2+0.321x 3-11.335(R 2=0.715,P<0.01)。To investigate the developmental regularity of bovine ovaries,clarify the correlation between ovarian length,width,height,and weight,and establish the optimum regression equation,our research measured the length,width,height,and weight of ovaries from 389 Chinese Holstein cows in the late estrus stage.The correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted,and the optimal regression equation of ovarian weight and ovarian length,width,and height was established.The results showed that ovarian length,width,and height were significantly correlated with ovarian weight,among which ovarian height had the strongest correlation with ovarian weight(r=0.480).The results of path analysis showed that the length,width,and height of the ovary mainly affected the weight of the ovary through a direct effect,and the height of the ovary had the strongest direct effect on the weight of the ovary(P=0.422).The optimal regression equation established with ovarian weight as the dependent variable and ovarian length,width and height as independent variables is:y=0.192x 1+0.291x 2+0.321x 3-11.335(R=0.715,P<0.01).
