摘  要:随着VUCA时代的到来,当前全球环境正变得愈加复杂,我国也在2020年提出了国内国际双循环的新发展格局以应对国际形势的变化。加之2019年开始的中美贸易战以及年底暴发的新冠肺炎疫情,我国企业面临着前所未有的挑战,也让“内卷化”一词突然频繁地出现在了公众的视野。这种“没有发展的增长”原因在于三点,一是社会资源稀缺,二是氛围传递效应,三是劳动生产率低。而东方管理学的本质是“人为为人”,相关的理论体系都以人为中心。该篇文章以东方管理学中三为原理试图从员工、管理者、企业、市场和国家五个层面提出解决中国企业内卷化的出路。With the advent of the ERA of VUCA,the current global environment is becoming more and more complex.China also proposed a new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation in 2020 to cope with the changes in the international situation.Coupled with the US-China Trade War that began in 2019 and the outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of the year,Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges,which also makes the word involution suddenly and frequently appear in the public.The growth without development can be attributed to three factors:scarcity of social resources,climate pass-through effect and low labor productivity.Further,the essence of Oriental Management is human for human,and the relevant theoretical systems are human-centered.Based on the theory of subject person in eastern management,this article tries to propose a solution to the involution of Chinese enterprises from the five levels of employees,managers,enterprises,markets and countries by using three principles.
