摘 要:为了研究建筑外墙钢板涂层的耐高温性能和耐腐蚀性能,对建筑外墙钢板制备Ni-W-P涂层。用X射线分析钢板涂层在不同温度下的结构变化。用EIS技术和Tafel曲线分析钢板涂层在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:非晶态钢板涂层随温度升高逐渐转变为晶体结构;当温度为400℃时,在钢板涂层中晶化析出Ni3P相和Ni相;随温度的升高,钢板涂层晶体尺寸增大,耐腐蚀性能先增后降;400℃时耐腐蚀性能最佳。In order to study the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of exterior steel plate coating,Ni⁃W⁃P coating was prepared for exterior steel plate.The structural changes of steel plate coatings at different temperatures were analyzed by X⁃ray.The corrosion resistance of steel plate coating in 3.5%NaCl solution was analyzed by EIS technique and Tafel curve.The results show that the amorphous steel plate coating gradually changes into crystal structure with increasing temperature.When the temperature is 400℃,Ni3P phase and Ni phase are crystallized in the steel plate coating.With the increase of temperature,the crystal size of the steel plate coating increases,and the corrosion resistance increases first and then decreases.The corrosion resistance is best at 400℃.
