摘  要:为了细化紫铜药型罩晶粒从而提升其性能,通过添加稀土对材料进行改性,用低倍显微镜、金相显微镜及扫描电镜观察了铜药型罩铸态晶粒及再结晶情况,用万能试验机、布氏硬度计和霍普金森压杆装置,测试了铜药型罩力学性能及动态性能,研究了稀土对紫铜药型罩铸态晶粒、再结晶晶粒及动态性能的影响。结果表明:添加稀土后,铜锭铸态晶粒明显细化,再结晶晶粒平均尺寸由0.04 mm减至0.03 mm,再结晶程度由92.1%提高至96.3%;与不添加稀土药型罩相比,试样强度提升20 MPa;伸长率提升0.5%;硬度提升4.4HB;此外,动态性能测试表明:随应变率提高,含稀土的2#试样峰值应力明显增高,2#试样比1#试样对应变率敏感;添加稀土后试样消耗的应变能增大。In order to refine the grain size of copper liner and improve its mechanical properties,the material was modified by adding rare earth,the grain and recrystallization of the copper liner were observed by means of low power microscopy,metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The mechanical properties and dynamic properties of the as-cast copper liner were tested by universal testing machine.Brinell hardness tester and Hopkinson pressure bar device,and the effect of rare earth on grain,recrystallized grain and dynamic properties of red copper liner was studied.The results show that after adding rare earth,the grain size of as-cast copper ingot is obviously refined,the average grain size of recrystallization is changed from 0.04 mm to 0.03 mm,and the recrystallization degree is increased from 92.1%to 96.3%.Compared to the liner without rare earth addition,the tensile strength,elongation and hardness of the sample increases by 20 MPa,0.5%and 4.4HB,respectively.Besides,the dynamic property test shows that with the increase of strain rate the peak stress increasing range of the sample increases obviously,and the strain rate of specimen 2#is more sensitive than that of specimen 1#,and the strain energy consumed by the specimen increases after adding rare earth.
