摘 要:用熔铸法制备了Al7075-1%(质量分数)CNTs@TiO_(2)复合材料,通过热挤压工艺对复合材料进行塑性变形。结果表明:CNTs@Ti O_(2)的加入有效地改善了Al7075合金的显微组织,铸态Al7075-CNTs@Ti O_(2)复合材料在经过热挤压变形后,其α-Al和二次相进一步细化。挤压态Al7075-CNTs@Ti O_(2)复合材料的平均显微硬度为178.2HV,与基体合金相比提高了45.6%。挤压态复合材料的磨损率和平均摩擦因数分别为24.3×10^(-3)mm^(3)/m和0.334,相比于基体(68.6×10^(-3)mm^(3)/m和0.401)分别降低了43.2%和16.7%。挤压态复合材料磨损表面的轮廓高度差为22.24μm,相比于基体(52.88μm)下降了57.9%。从磨损机制上看,铸态Al7075合金主要呈现出剥层磨损特征,而挤压态复合材料则主要表现为磨粒磨损。The Al7075-1%CNTs@TiO_(2)composites were prepared by amelt-casting method,and then the composites were plastically deformed by a hot extrusion process.The results show that the addition of CNTs@TiO_(2)effectively improves the microstructure of Al7075 alloys,and theα-Al and secondary phases of the as-cast Al7075-CNTs@TiO_(2)composites are further refined after the hot extrusion deformation treatment.The average microhardness of the as-extruded Al7075-CNTs@TiO_(2)composites is 178.2HV,improved by 45.6%compared to the matrix alloys.The wear rate and the average friction coefficient of the as-extruded composites are 24.3×10^(-3)mm^(3)/m and 0.334,respectively,reduced by 43.2%and 16.7%compared to the matrix(68.56×10^(-3)mm^(3)/m and 0.401).The profile height gap of the wear surface of as-extruded composites is 22.24µm,by a 57.9%reduction compared to that of the matrix(52.88µm).In terms of wear mechanisms,the as-cast Al7075 alloys are mainly characterised by delamination wear,and the as-extruded composites are mainly characterised by abrasive wear.
