摘　　要：作为全球信息科技领域最受关注的技术之一,区块链技术在司法领域的融合应用已向纵深发展,在提升智慧司法水平、助力经济社会高质量发展中发挥了重要作用,也为深化“一带一路”司法协作提供了新途径。然而,区块链技术应用于司法协作的过程中也存在一些问题。基于此,文章提出建立“跨链融合”模式的司法协作平台,健全智能合约法规及救济措施,加强专业人才培训工作等完善路径,以促进区块链技术在“一带一路”司法协作中发挥最大效能,为“一带一路”建设提供法治保障。As one of the most concerned technologies in the global information technology field,the application of blockchain in the judicial field has developed rapidly,playing a significant role in promoting smart justice and bolstering high-quality economic and social growth,as well as providing a new means to deepen the“Belt and Road”judicial cooperation.However,there are also some problems in practical application.In response to this,the article proposes to establish a judicial cooperation platform of“cross-chain integration”,perfect the laws and regulations and relief measures of smart contracts,strengthen professional training,so as to maximize the effectiveness of blockchain in judicial cooperation,and to provide legal protection for the“Belt and Road”construction.
