共同富裕法治化研究文献综述--基于citespace的聚类分析

摘　　要：文章以中国知网(CNKI)中的北大核心和CSSCI为数据源,以“共同富裕”和“法治”为关键词,检索1996年—2023年相关文献146篇,经过数据筛选,得到有效文献131篇,并采用Citespace的聚类分析,对共同富裕法治化领域的研究现状进行分析。结果显示,目前,共同富裕法治化研究热点集中在公平公正、依法治国、法治现代化三个方面。主要研究内容是:公平正义问题是共同富裕法治化发展过程中始终面临的问题;法治文明是该研究领域的总体发展方向;贫困问题、乡村问题、边疆治理及民族问题是共同富裕法治化建设中的短板;现代化是当前共同富裕法治研究的新趋势。According to the core of Peking University and CSSCI databases in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this thesis searched 146 relevant literature from 1996 to 2023 with the keywords of“common prosperity”and“rule of law”,and obtains 131 valid literature after screening,and then analyze the current research status in the field of rule of law for common prosperity with the assistance of Citespace clustering analysis.The results indicate that currently,research hotspots in this field centered on three aspects:fairness and justice,rule of law,and modernization of the rule of law.The main research content include:fairness and justice has always been a problem faced in the process of the rule of law for common prosperity;Rule of law civilization is the overall trend of this research field;Poverty,rural issues,frontier governance,and ethnic issues are the weaknesses;Modernization is an emerging trend in this field.
