摘  要:为了提升汽轮机通流技术开发效率,研究了三维自动仿真技术。基于国际通用的商业软件搭建仿真流程,构建交互式场景,设计几何建模、网格划分、前处理和后处理组件,开发具备叶片通道设计、汽封通道设计和仿真模拟功能的三维通流自动仿真模块,实现全自动模型创建、数值计算和结果处理,大幅减少工作量,降低错误率。采用三维通流自动仿真模块对某汽轮机高压缸进行模拟,并与一维设计和常规仿真结果对比,发现自动仿真具有非常高的可靠性,能够得到准确的关键参数和流场分布。In order to improve the development efficiency of steam turbine's flow-through,the three-dimensional automatic simulation technology is studied.Based on international business software,this paper builds simulation process and interactive scene,designs geometric model generation,mesh generation,preliminary setting and result analysis components,and finally develops three-dimensional automatic simulation module.The three-dimensional automatic simulation module has blade passage design,seal passage design and analogue simulation function,achieves automatic model building,numerical calculation and result analysis,and reduces work load and error rate greatly.This paper simulates flow-through of a steam turbine's high pressure cylinder by using three-dimensional automatic simulation module and compares with one-dimensional design and conventional simulation.The results show that the automatic simulation's reliability is very high,which can get accurate key parameters and flow field.
