摘  要:以某重型燃气轮机压气机的典型级静叶为研究对象,设计制造模化比为1.0的扇形叶栅试验件,在亚音速环形叶栅风洞中进行气动特性试验,考察其在不同冲角条件下的气动特性。试验结果表明,叶栅出口截面总压损失系数在叶高方向逐渐变小,径向上同一高度截面,总压损失系数随冲角增加而变大;扩压因子沿叶高逐渐增加,在相同叶高位置,随着冲角由负值向正值增加,扩压因子增大,且一定范围区域的扩压因子超过叶栅许用负荷极限值0.6,存在附面层分离现象。The aerodynamic characteristics under different angle of attack of typical stage static cascade of a heavy duty gas turbine compressor were studied in a subsonic annular cascade wind tunnel,the modeling ratio of the sector cascade for testing is 1.0.The results of test show that the total pressure loss coefficient at the outlet section of the cascade decreases with the blade height direction,and increases with the increase of the incidence angle at the same height section in the radial direction.The diffusion factor increases gradually along the blade,and it increases from negative to positive at the same high position,the boundary layer separation occurred in the scope of a certain region where the diffusion factor more than 0.6.
