摘 要:以汽水分离器内的水平式波纹板为研究对象,使用ICEM软件将模型网格细化,采用离散相模型来描述液滴颗粒的移动,使用Fluent进行数值计算,以获得更准确的结果。基于壁面液膜模型,对汽水分离器内水平式波纹板的分离效率通过使用Realizable k-ε模型和wall film模型,对波形板内的气相、液相等物质进行了二维数值模拟,探究了对波形板分离效率的影响因素。结果表明,影响汽水分离器波形板分离效率的因素有液滴直径、气流速度、入口湿度等,当蒸汽流体流动的速度变大,分离效率也会相应地提升;液滴颗粒尺寸越大越容易被分离。然而,在蒸汽流动的速度和液滴颗粒的直径保持不变的情况下,随着蒸汽湿度的升高,分离效率会先上升后下降。In this paper,the horizontal corrugated plate in the steam-water separator is taken as the research object,the ICEM software is used to refine the model grid,the discrete phase model is used to describe the movement of the droplets,and then the Fluent is used for numerical calculation to obtain more accurate results.Based on the wall liquid film model,the separation efficiency of the horizontal corrugated plate in the steam-water separator is simulated by using the Realizable k-ε model and the wall film model.The two-dimensional numerical simulation of the gas phase and liquid phase in the corrugated plate is carried out,and the factors affecting the separation efficiency of the corrugated plate are explored.The results show that the factors affecting the separation efficiency of the corrugated plate of the steam-water separator are the diameter of the droplet,the velocity of the gas flow,the inlet humidity,etc.When the velocity of the steam fluid flow becomes larger,the separation efficiency will be improved accordingly;the larger the size of the droplet particles,the easier it is to be separated.However,when the velocity of the steam flow and the diameter of the droplet particles remain unchanged,the separation efficiency of the corrugated plate of the steam-water separator is improved.
