世宗学堂海外语言文化推广现状及运营策略研究

摘　　要：世宗学堂作为韩国政府对外推广韩国语教育·韩国文化的重要机构,在近10年间取得了飞速发展。韩国政府为推动韩国语世界化普及、推动世宗学堂事业,出台制定并多次修改《国语基本法》,于2012年设立世宗学堂财团,以负责统筹管理与支援海外韩国语教育和韩国文化推广事业。截至2023年6月,世宗学堂已扩展至全球85个国家248所,2022年全球累计学习者人数超过70万人。该文通过阐述韩国世宗学堂与世宗学堂财团的设立背景、世宗学堂近10年海外发展现状,以及世宗学堂未来发展战略布局等,总结世宗学堂在海外普及与推广韩国语教育·韩国文化的各项建设,并分析其采取的有效策略,以期为我国向海外推广汉语国际教育和中国文化、构建文化软实力等提供借鉴与启示。As an essential institution for the Korean government to promote Korean language education and Korean culture,the King Sejong Institute has achieved rapid development in the past decade.To promote the popularization of the Korean language worldwide and advance the cause of the King Sejong Institute,the Korean government has introduced,formulated,and repeatedly revised the Basic Law of the Korean Language.In 2012,the King Sejong Institute Foundation was established to coordinate,manage,and support overseas Korean language education and promote Korean culture.As of June 2023,King Sejong Institute has expanded to 248 Institutes in 85 countries worldwide,with over 700000 learners in 2022.By elaborating on the background of the establishment of the South Korean King Sejong Institute and King Sejong Institute Foundation,the current development status overseas in the past ten years,and the future development strategic layout of King Sejong Institute,this article analyzes,explores,and summarizes the various construction and effective strategies of King Sejong Institute in promoting Korean language education and Korean culture overseas,to provide reference and inspiration in promoting Chinese language international education,Chinese culture,building cultural soft power and other aspects.
