甜梦口服液治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并抑郁与失眠的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨甜梦口服液治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并抑郁、失眠患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月于广东医科大学附属医院确诊为老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并抑郁、失眠患者100例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。对照组使用冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病常规治疗方案,试验组在对照组基础上加用甜梦口服液,疗程为1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,抑郁、失眠的治疗效果,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病症状(心绞痛、呼吸困难、心悸、疲乏无力)改善情况。结果 两组治疗前HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组抑郁症状治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组失眠症状的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前心绞痛、呼吸困难、心悸、疲乏无力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组心绞痛、呼吸困难、心悸、疲乏无力评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 甜梦口服液用于治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并抑郁、失眠,不仅可有效改善患者抑郁、失眠精神症状,对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的典型临床表现也有一定控制效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sweet dream oral liquid on elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with depression and insomnia.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease combined with depression and insomnia in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)using random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,and the experimental group was treated with Sweet Dream oral liquid on the basis of the control group for I month.The HAMD,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect of depression and insomnia,and the improvement of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease symptoms(angina pectoris,dyspnea,palpitation,fatigue)were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and HAMD score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of depression treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and PSQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of insomnia in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in angina pectoris,dyspnea,palpitation and fatigue scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of angina pectoris,dyspnea,palpitation and fatigue in test group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sweet Dream oral liquid is used to treat elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease compli
