蔗糖铁注射液治疗对异常子宫出血相关性贫血患者临床疗效、红细胞指标及铁代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨异常子宫出血相关性贫血患者采用蔗糖铁注射液治疗对临床疗效、红细胞指标及铁代谢指标的影响。方法 选取2020年5月至2022年4月南华大学附属长沙中心医院收治的异常子宫出血相关性贫血患者85例作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=43)。对照组采用右旋糖酐铁片治疗,观察组采用蔗糖铁注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、铁代谢指标、红细胞指标及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组(92.86%)治疗有效率较对照组(72.09%)明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组红细胞指标较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)及转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组铁代谢指标较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组(9.52%)不良反应发生率较对照组(27.91%)明显更低(P<0.05)。结论 采用蔗糖铁注射液治疗异常子宫出血相关性贫血临床疗效显著,可改善患者铁代谢指标和红细胞指标,减少不良反应发生。Objective To explore the effect of sucrose iron injection on clinical efficacy,red blood cell index and iron metabolism index in patients with anemia associated with abnormal uterine bleeding,Methods A total of 85 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding related anemia admitted to Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to the University of South China from May 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=43)according to random ball-stroking method.The control group was treated with dextran iron tablets,and the observation group was treated with iron sucrose injection.The clinical efficacy,iron metabolism indexes,red blood cell indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.09%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(HCT)of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the red blood cell index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,serum ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI)and transferrin saturation(TSAT)of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the iron metabolism index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(9.52%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.91%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of iron sucrose injection in the treatment of anemia associated with abnormal uterine bleeding has significant clinical effect,which can improve the iron metabolism index and red blood cell index of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
