冠心通脉饮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病气阴两虚血瘀证的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心通脉饮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病气阴两虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1—10月衡阳市中医医院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病气阴两虚血瘀证患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组予以西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以冠心通脉饮治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、硝酸甘油使用情况、生命质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率95.00%显著高于对照组88.33%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组硝酸甘油使用率降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生命质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率10.00%明显低于对照组25.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用冠心通脉饮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病气阴两虚血瘀证,在一定程度上能够提高临床疗效,改善中医证候,停止或减少硝酸甘油的使用,避免使用西药可能出现的不良反应,改善患者生命质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guanxin Tongmai Decoction on the syndrome of qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease treated in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Guanxin Tongmai Yin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,nitroglycerin use,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 88.33%(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Affer treatment,the utilization rate of nitroglycerin in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(10.00%)was significantly lower than that in control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Guanxin Tongmayin decoction to treat the syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the TCM syndrome,stop or reduce the use of nitroglycerin,avoid the possible adverse reactions of western medicine,and improve the qualityof lifeof patients.
