摘　　要：目的 探讨黄花羊耳蒜醇提物及不同极性溶剂萃取物对人慢性髓原白血病细胞(K562)、人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)、人肺癌细胞(A549)增殖的影响。方法 采用黄花羊耳蒜醇提物及其石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇3个不同极性部位萃取物以及水溶性部位,分别与体外培养的A549、MCF-7、K562细胞作用72 h。采用MTT法测定黄花羊耳蒜醇提物及不同极性溶剂萃取物对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制率。结果 黄花羊耳蒜醇提物对A549增殖具有明显抑制作用,且与浓度的增加明显关联,半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))值为0.258mg/ml;黄花羊耳蒜醇提物的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位浓度高时,对A549肿瘤细胞增殖有一定抑制作用;两者IC_(50)值为0.236 mg/ml和0.562 mg/ml;正丁醇萃取部位浓度高时对A549、K562和MCF-7增殖均有一定抑制作用;水溶性部位对A549、K562和MCF-7增殖无明显作用。结论 黄花羊耳蒜的抗肿瘤活性成分可能存在于石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇这3个部位。Objective To explore the effects of ethanol extract and different polar solvent extract of Liparis luteola Lindl on the proliferation of human chronic myeloid leukemia cells(K562),human breast cancer cells(MCF-7)and human lung cancer cells(A549).Methods A549,MCF-7 and K562 cells cultured in vitro were treated with the ethanol extract,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol as well as the water-soluble extract of Liparis luteola Lindl for 72 h.MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory rate of ethanol extract and different polar solvent extract of Liparis luteola Lindl on tumor cell proliferation.Results The ethanol extract of Liparis luteola Lindl obviously reduced A549 proliferatio,and obvious correlation with an increase in concentration,with IC_(50) values as 0.258 mg/ml;Petroleum ether extract and ethyl ace extrac from Liparis luteola Lindl suppressed A549 as well,they stimulated the growth of A549 cell at a high concentration with IC_(50) values as 0.236 mg/ml and 0.562 mg/ml;The proliferation of A549,K562 and MCF-7 was inhibited to some extent when the concentration of N-butanol extract was high.The water-soluble parts had no significant effect on the proliferation of A549,K562 and MCF-7.Conclusion The anti-tumor activity of the components in Liparis luteola Lindl may be exist in ether extract,ethyl ace extrac and n-butanol extra.
