重度失能老年人移动辅助器具掌握情况现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查重度失能老年人对移动辅助器具(移动辅具)使用方法的掌握情况,并分析其影响因素。方法选取参加成都市长期照护保险的5016例重度失能老年人作为研究对象,采用Barthel指数评定量表、失能老年人基本信息及辅助器具使用情况调查表对其进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归模型分析影响重度失能老年人掌握移动辅具使用方法的因素。结果5016例重度失能老年人中,有2354例(占46.9%)掌握移动辅具使用方法。Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,年龄、个人收入、移动辅具使用频次、移动辅具获取方式、是否接受过移动辅具适配指导、是否接受过移动辅具健康教育指导是重度失能老年人掌握辅助器具使用方法的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论成都市大部分重度失能老年人未能掌握移动辅具的使用方法,年龄、个人收入、移动辅具使用频次、移动辅具获取方式、是否接受过移动辅具适配指导、是否接受过移动辅具健康教育指导是重度失能老年人掌握辅助器具使用方法的影响因素。Objective To investigate the mastery of transfer aid in the severely disabled elderly,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of the 5016 severely disabled elderly who participated in Chengdu long-term care insurance were selected as the research subjects.The Barthel index assessment scale,general information of the disabled elderly,and inventory for use condition of transfer aid were used to perform questionnaire investigation.The factors for affecting use methods of mastering transfer aid in the severely disabled elderly were analyzed by employing the Logistic regression model.Results Among the 5016 severely disabled elderly,2354(accounting for 46.9%)mastered use methods of transfer aid.The results of Logistic regression model analysis revealed that age,personal income,use frequency for transfer aid,access to transfer aid,presence of receiving adaptation guidance of transfer aid,presence of receiving health education guidance of transfer aid were influencing factors for transfer aid use methods mastery in the severely disabled elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the severely disabled elderly in Chengdu do not master use methods of transfer aid.Age,personal income,use frequency for transfer aid,access to transfer aid,presence of receiving adaptation guidance of transfer aid,presence of receiving health education guidance of transfer aid are influencing factors for transfer aid use methods mastery in the severely disabled elderly.
