基于文本分析的宁波公共图书馆口碑评价研究

摘　　要：在文化产业与互联网融合日益密切的今天,图书馆作为重要的文化机构,分析图书馆的口碑评价能够了解读者的真实看法,有助于把握图书馆发展方向,更好地促进文化产业发展。该文以宁波地区公共图书馆为研究对象,选取大众点评网点评内容展开研究,运用ROST CM6软件对图书馆点评数据展开文本分析,运用高频词、语义网络和情感分析点评者体验感知,了解用户对公共图书馆的综合口碑评价。研究表明,公共图书馆总体上得到了用户的赞誉,具有较好的口碑,需要在馆舍环境、基础设施、馆藏资源及服务工作等多方面做好改进工作,以促进图书馆事业的发展。With the increasingly close integration of the cultural industry and the Internet,the library,as an important cultural institution,can understand the true views of readers by analyzing the public praise evaluation of the library,help to grasp the development direction of the library and better promote the development of the cultural industry.This paper takes the public library in Ningbo as the research object,selects the comment content of Dianping.com for research,and uses ROST CM6 software to conduct text analysis of library comment data.Through high-frequency word analysis,semantic network analysis,and emotional analysis,reviewers'experience and perception are understood to understand users'comprehensive word of mouth evaluation of public libraries.The research shows that public libraries have generally been praised by users and have a good reputation.It is necessary to improve the library environment,infrastructure,collection resources and service work to promote the development of the library cause.
