珍菊降压片联合培哚普利吲达帕胺片治疗老年原发性高血压的效果及对血管内皮功能、促炎因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨珍菊降压片联合培哚普利吲达帕胺片治疗老年原发性高血压的效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年1月收治的60例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用培哚普利吲达帕胺片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加珍菊降压片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的一氧化氮(NO)水平高于治疗前,内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的平均收缩压(mSBP)、平均舒张压(mDBP)、收缩压变异性(SBPV)、舒张压变异性(DBPV)低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论珍菊降压片联合培哚普利吲达帕胺片治疗老年原发性高血压效果显著,不仅能够保护血管内皮功能,调节HMGB1、TLR4水平,还能有效提高血压控制效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenju Jiangya tablets combined with perindopril and indapamide tablets in the treatment of senile primary hypertension.Methods A total of 60 senile patients with primary hypertension admitted from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with perindopril and indapamide tablets,and the observation group was treated with Zhenju Jiangya tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)and Toll like receptor 4(TLR4)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean systolic blood pressure(mSBP),mean diastolic blood pressure(mDBP),systolic blood pressure variability(SBPV)and diastolic blood pressure variability(DBPV)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenju Jiangya tablets combined with perindopril and indapamide tablets is effective in the treatment of senile primary hypertension.It can not only protect vascular endothelial function,regulate the levels of HMGB1 and TLR4,but also effectively improve the effect of blood pressure control,which is worthy of promotion.
