优质护理在血管成形联合置管溶栓治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症患者中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在血管成形联合置管溶栓治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)患者中的干预效果。方法选取2019年8月至2022年1月我院收治的56例接受血管成形联合置管溶栓治疗的下肢ASO患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用优质护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、外科手术恐惧问卷(SFQ)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)、生理机能(PF)、躯体疼痛(BP)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后7、10 d,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的穿刺点出血、血肿发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在血管成形联合置管溶栓治疗下肢ASO患者中的干预效果显著,能够改善患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧心理,提高其生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the intervention effect of high quality nursing in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)treated by angioplasty combined with catheter thrombolysis.Methods A total of 56 patients with lower extremity ASO who underwent angioplasty combined with catheter thrombolysis admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Surgical Fear Questionnaire(SFQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of vitality(VT),social functioning(SF),role emotional(RE),mental health(MH),physical functioning(PF)and bodily pain(BP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 and 10 d after nursing,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of puncture point bleeding and hematoma in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing in patients with lower extremity ASO treated by angioplasty combined with catheter thrombolysis has significant intervention effect,which can improve the anxiety,depression and fear of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
