摘  要:目的探讨基于全科理念的以案例为基础的学习(CBL)教学模式在老年医学科全科医生老年慢病带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年9月在池州市人民医院老年医学科完成全科转岗培训的医生作为观察组(n=38),另选取2016年9月至2018年9月在池州市人民医院老年医学科完成全科转岗培训的医生作为对照组(n=31)。观察组采用基于全科理念的CBL教学模式进行教学,对照组采用以授课为基础的学习(LBL)教学法进行教学。教学结束后,比较两组的问卷调查评分、随堂测验分数。结果观察组的分析问题能力、解决问题能力、知识掌握度、语言表达能力、课堂活跃度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的随堂测验分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于全科理念的CBL教学模式适合应用在老年医学科全科医生老年慢病带教中,对临床解决实际问题很有帮助。Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode based on the concept of general practice in the teaching of elderly chronic diseases of general practitioners in geriatrics department.Methods The doctors who completed the general practice transfer training in the geriatrics department of the People's Hospital of Chizhou from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the observation group(n=38),and the doctors who completed the general practice transfer training in the geriatrics department of the People's Hospital of Chizhou from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the control group(n=31).The observation group was taught by CBL teaching mode based on the concept of general practice,and the control group was taught by lecture based learning(LBL)teaching method.After the teaching,the questionnaire survey scores and in-class test scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of analysis problem ability,problem solving ability,knowledge mastery,language expression ability and classroom activity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The in-class test score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching mode based on the concept of general practice is suitable for application in the teaching of elderly chronic diseases of general practitioners in geriatrics department,which is helpful to solve practical problems in clinical practice.
