摘 要:针对采空区氧化升温导致火灾,探究了东古城煤矿Z109综采工作面采空区的自然发火规律,通过氧化升温实验确定Z109工作面自燃预报标志性气体,并计算出了最短自然发火期为80 d;采用现场实测法记录氧气体积分数,利用氧气的体积分数划分出了采空区的自燃“三带”,散热带范围为31~35.9 m,氧化升温带范围为33.1~43.5 m,窒息带范围为69~74.5 m.根据采空区三带的划分,计算出最小安全推进速度为0.54 m/d,实际推进速度大于该速度,确保了回采期间不会发生遗煤自燃现象。研究结果对东古城煤矿预防采空区自燃和防灭火有指导作用。Aiming at the fire caused by oxidation and heating in goaf,the spontaneous ignition law of goaf in Donggucheng Coal Mine Z109 fully-mechanized mining face was investigated.The signature gas for spontaneous combustion prediction of Z109 working face was determined by oxidation and heating experiment,and the shortest spontaneous ignition period of 80 days was calculated.According to the oxygen volume fraction recorded by the field measurement method,the spontaneous combustion zone of the goaf was divided into three zones,the dispersion zone was 31~35.9 m,the oxidation temperature zone was 33.1~43.5 m,and the asphyxiation zone was 69~74.5 m.According to the division of the third zone of the goaf,the minimum safe advancing speed is calculated to be 0.54 m/d,and the actual advancing speed is greater than this speed,which ensures that the spontaneous combustion of residual coal will not occur during mining.The research results have a guiding role in preventing spontaneous combustion and fire suppression in goaf in Donggucheng Coal Mine.
