摘　　要：国内高校图书馆开展少儿服务遇到多方面的问题,而美国高校图书馆社会开放程度高,开展时间早,对少儿群体的服务也在长期实践中积累了丰富的经验,可为我国高校图书馆服务该群体提供借鉴。文章利用文献调研和网络调研,依托专门馆藏、专门空间、专业人员、专门服务、合作网络等图书馆少儿服务五要素,概括总结美国高校图书馆少儿服务内容与方式,为我国高校图书馆提供如下启示:延伸服务触角,拓展文献资源类型;创新服务手段,健全少儿阅读空间、设备;改进管理方式,盘活人力资源;树立多元服务理念,完善少儿入馆政策与制度。Domestic university libraries have encountered many problems in providing children's services,while American academic libraries have a high degree of social openness and early development,and have accumulated rich experience in providing children's services in long-term practice.Using literature survey and network survey,this paper summarizes the development and current situation of children's service in American academic libraries from the five elements of children's service:special collection,special space,professional staff,special service and cooperation network.It provides the following enlightenment for university libraries in China:extend service tentacles and expand the types of literature resources;innovate service means,improve children's reading space and equipment;improve management,revitalize human resources;establish a multi-service concept and improve the policy and system of children's library entry.
