摘  要:为进一步探究碳钢缓蚀性能的提升路径,通过有机合成方法制备噻二唑衍生物,对盐酸溶液中碳钢的缓蚀性能展开研究,依次通过失重实验、阻抗谱分析和极化曲线等环节,印证了本次制备的噻二唑衍生物型缓蚀剂在缓蚀效果方面的优势作用。从实验测试效果来看,本次制备的噻二唑衍生物型缓蚀剂具有相对较优的缓蚀性能,具有潜在的应用价值。In order to further explore the improvement path of carbon steel corrosion inhibition performance,thiadiazole derivatives were prepared through organic synthesis methods.The corrosion inhibition performance of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solution was studied,and the advantages of the thiadiazole derivative type corrosion inhibitor prepared in this study were confirmed through weight loss experiments,impedance spectroscopy analysis,and polarization curves.From the experimental testing results,it can be seen that the thiadiazole derivative type corrosion inhibitor prepared in this study has relatively excellent corrosion inhibition performance and potential application value.
