摘  要:在稀土湿法治炼过程中,为提高工作效率及防沉降效果,设计了一种稀土湿法治炼用石灰乳溶液防沉降处理装置,并在该装置中对石灰乳溶液进行防沉降工艺处理,后进行了自由沉降试验以及Zeta电位试验。测试结果表明:氯化镧溶液能明显改善石灰乳溶液的沉降速率,加入1.0 mol/L的氯化镧溶液后,石灰乳溶液在30 min时泥线位置由下降约70%变为下降22%;随着氯化镧溶液浓度的增大,石灰乳溶液的絮凝时间增大,Zeta电位绝对值也增大,石灰乳溶液沉降性能得到改善。In the process of rare earth wet smelting,in order to improve the working efficiency and anti-precipitation effect,this article designs a lime milk solution anti settling treatment device for rare earth wet smelting,and conducts anti settling process treatment on the lime milk solution in the device.Free settling tests and Zeta potential tests are conducted on the solution.The test results show that lanthanum chloride solution can significantly improve the settling rate of lime milk solution.After adding 1.0mol/L lanthanum chloride solution,the mud line position of lime milk solution decreases from about 70%to 22%after 30 minutes.In addition,as the concentration of lanthanum chloride solution increases,the flocculation time tf of lime milk solution also increases,and the absolute value of Zeta potential also increases,improving the settling performance of lime milk solution.
