摘  要:随着经济型管线钢的发展,冷却工艺控制对管线钢力学性能有着重要影响。通过观察18.4 mm厚的X80M管线钢在不同卷取温度下的断口形貌和显微组织,结合其CCT曲线,对比分析得出卷取温度与管线钢落锤撕裂性能的关系。结果表明:随着卷取温度的提高,准多边形铁素体含量增加,针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体比例降低,对落锤撕裂性能的降低有直接相关性;当卷取温度为350℃时,此成分下管线钢针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体比例高,准多边形铁素体含量很少,落锤撕裂面积均匀,落锤撕裂性能最好。With the development of economical pipeline steel,controlling the cooling process has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of pipeline steel.By observing the fracture morphology and microstructure of 18.4 mm X80M pipeline steel at different coiling temperatures,combined with its CCT curve,the relationship between coiling temperature and hammer tearing performance of pipeline steel was compared and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of coiling temperature,the content of quasi-polygonal ferrite increases,and the proportion of acicular ferrite and granular bainite decreases,which is directly related to the decrease of drop weight tear resistance.When the coiling temperature is 350℃,the proportion of acicular ferrite and granular bainite in pipeline steel with this composition is high,the amount of quasi-polygonal ferrite is small,the falling weight tear area is uniform,and the falling weight tear performance is the best.
