摘 要:贵溪冶炼厂一车间采用工业硫酸、氢氧化钠、亚硫酸钠作溶剂,用食盐、氯酸钠等盐类作添加剂,以甲醛、二氧化硫作还原剂,对焙烧产物进行蒸硒渣处理,通过水浸分铜、碱浸分碲、氯化分金-亚硫酸钠还原、亚硫酸钠分银-甲醛还原,分步把铜、碲、金、银分离出来,从而得到富含铋、锑、铜、砷等有价金属的二次净化渣。重点针对二次净化渣浸出工艺进行研究,分别考察了二次净化渣酸浸工序中的反应酸度、氯离子浓度、温度等影响因素,并确定了最佳工艺条件,同时对酸浸渣进行碱浸工艺研究,将酸浸渣中的砷去除,进一步富集锑。In the first workshop of Guixi Smelter,industrial sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide,and sodium sulfite are used as solvents,salt such as table salt and sodium chlorate are used as additives,and formaldehyde and sulfur dioxide are used as reducing agents to evaporate selenium residue from the calcined products.Copper,tellurium,copper,and silver are separated step by step through water leaching,alkali leaching,chlorination,gold sodium sulfite reduction,and sodium sulfite silver formaldehyde reduction,resulting in the production of bismuth,antimony,and copper secondary purification slag of valuable metals such as arsenic.The research focuses on the leaching process of secondary purification residue,examining the influencing factors such as reaction acidity,chloride ion concentration,and temperature in the acid leaching process of secondary purification residue,and determining the optimal process conditions.At the same time,the alkaline leaching process of acid leaching residue is studied to remove arsenic from the acid leaching residue and further enrich antimony.
