摘  要:客户在使用冷轧镀锡基板过程中发现,在产品表面有不同表现形态但形貌较为相似的线状缺陷。对镀锡基板表面缺陷取样、分析,造成冷轧镀锡基板表面现状缺陷的主要原因有热轧辊系表面擦划伤、热轧立辊系磨损擦划伤以及铸坯内部的夹杂物等。根据不同产生原因制定了相应的措施,以减少热轧原料问题导致的各表现形态线状缺陷的发生率,保证冷轧端镀锡基板的表面质量及成形合格率。During the process of using cold rolled tin plated substrates,the customer discovered linear defects with different morphology but relatively similar morphology on the product surface.Sampling and analysis of surface defects on tin plated substrates show that the main causes of surface defects on cold rolled tin plated substrates are surface scratches on the hot rolling roller system,wear scratches on the hot rolling vertical roller system,and inclusions inside the casting billet.Corresponding measures have been formulated based on different causes to reduce the occurrence rate of linear defects in various forms caused by hot rolling raw material problems,and ensure the surface quality and forming qualification rate of the cold rolled end tinned substrate.
