摘 要:随着世界对铜需求量的增长,原生矿产铜量逐年提升,但仍然满足不了铜市场需求,再生铜的回收利用越来越受到重视。对高杂再生铜进行杂质脱除研究,通过控制合适的冶炼温度、硅铁比以及向高杂再生铜中添加一定量的Na2CO_(3)、CaCO_(3),并控制鼓入空气流量及脱杂时间,在最佳配比条件下,Zn、Fe、Sn、Ni、Pb和As等杂质的脱除率显著提高。With the growth of global demand for copper the amount of primary mineral copper has been increasing year by year,it still cannot meet the demand of the copper market.The recycling and utilization of recycled copper is receiving increasing attention.Research on impurity removal of high impurity recycled copper was conducted by controlling appropriate smelting temperature,silicon iron ratio,adding a certain amount of Na2CO_(3)and CaCO_(3)to the high impurity recycled copper,and controlling the blowing air flow rate and impurity removal time.Under the optimal ratio conditions,the removal rate of impurities such as Zn,Fe,Sn,Ni,Pb,and As was significantly improved.
