摘 要:为进一步探究钢铁冶金烧结烟气脱硫废水中的铊离子深度去除工艺,结合某钢铁冶金企业的水污染现状,从运行策略、构筑物改造以及设备优化调整等多个角度入手,以混凝强化ZTI重金属捕集法对既有的废水处理工艺进行优化设计。实际应用效果显示,优化工艺在含铊废水处理方面取得了相对较优的成绩,表明该工艺具有一定的实际应用价值,可在今后的工作中逐步推广应用。In order to further explore the deep removal process of thallium ions in the flue gas desulfurization wastewater of steel metallurgy sintering,combined with the current water pollution situation of a certain steel metallurgy enterprise,from multiple perspectives such as operation strategy,structural renovation,and equipment optimization adjustment,the existing wastewater treatment process was optimized and designed using coagulation enhanced ZTI heavy metal capture method.The actual application results show that the optimized process has achieved relatively good results in the treatment of thallium containing wastewater,indicating that the process has certain practical application value and can be gradually promoted and applied in future work.
