起泡剂在选矿中的研究与应用

摘　　要：简要介绍了起泡剂的作用机理、起泡剂在浮选中所起的作用,并对不同厂家起泡剂进行了选矿对比试验。结果表明:F-742、X-32号油及BP201这三种药剂为最佳起泡剂。综合浮选指标、药剂成本及可控空间来看,现使用的X-32号油为最适合乌山选矿厂使用的浮选药剂。This article briefly introduces the mechanism of action of foaming agents,the role of foaming agents in flotation,and conducts mineral processing comparative tests on foaming agents from different manufacturers.The results indicate that F-742,X-32 oil,and BP201 are the best foaming agents.Based on the comprehensive flotation indicators,reagent costs,and controllable space,the X-32 oil currently used is the best flotation reagent suitable for use in Wushan beneficiation plant.
