摘  要:5A06铝合金、ZM-6镁合金和022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢均为惯性测量组合设备外壳体常用选材。通过对比三种不同材料加工基准面在高低温作用下的精度变化,针对基准面的平面度、平行度和垂直度三项形位公差进行对比研究,得出高低温循环作用对上述三种材料形位公差的影响大小,为惯性测量组合设备安装基准面选材提供依据。5A06 aluminum alloy,ZM-6 magnesium alloy,and 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel are commonly used materials for inertial measurement unit equipment shell.By comparing the accuracy changes of three different material processing reference planes under high and low temperature conditions,a comparative study is conducted on the flatness,parallelism,and perpendicularity of the reference plane,and the impact of high and low temperature cycling on the shape and position tolerances of the three materials mentioned above is obtained.This provides a basis for selecting materials for the installation reference plane of inertial measurement unit equipment.
