摘 要:基于大埋深、高地应力条件下大煤柱巷道变形破坏严重的问题,以15110工作面为工程地质背景,理论分析了动压巷道破坏特征,提出采用切顶卸压的方法进行治理,并应运在现场。研究表明:围岩强度弱、地应力大、强动压回采以及煤柱宽度不合理是造成巷道破坏的关键因素。于是提出以切断基本顶为目标层位的定向预裂爆破技术。现场实施后15112进风顺槽顶板下沉及两帮变形均不明显,底鼓量平均达700 mm。与以往大煤柱巷道相比,巷道变形得以有效控制,巷道返修工程量大幅降低。Based on the serious problem of deformation and failure of large pillar roadway under the conditions of large burial depth and high ground stress,taking the 15110 working face of Baoan Coal Mine as the engineering geological background,the failure characteristics of dynamic pressure roadway were theoretically analyzed,and the method of roof cutting and pressure relief was proposed for treatment,and industrial tests were carried out on the site.The results show that weak strength of surrounding rock,high crustal stress,strong dynamic pressure mining and unreasonable width of coal pillar are the key factors causing roadway failure.Propose directional pre-splitting blasting technology with the goal of cutting off the basic top layer.After on-site implementation,the subsidence of the top plate and deformation of both sides of the 15112 air inlet channel were not significant,with an average bottom heave of 700 mm.Compared with previous large coal pillar tunnels,the deformation of the tunnel has been effectively controlled,and the amount of tunnel repair work has been significantly reduced.
