摘  要:以冷轧酸再生作为研发项目,对如何降低酸再生煤气能耗进行了探讨。通过综合运用六西格玛管理工具与管理学知识筛选出影响酸再生煤气能耗的关键因子,对于显著影响因子进行快赢改善,针对炉顶温度、烧嘴温度、喷枪喷洒流量这三个参数不确定影响因子进行响应优化设计,找到相互间最优匹配参数,达到降低酸再生煤气能耗的目的,为同类型酸再生工艺系统提供参考。Taking cold rolling acid regeneration as a research and development project,this paper explores how to reduce the energy consumption of acid regeneration gas.By comprehensively utilizing Six Sigma management tools and management knowledge,key factors that affect the energy consumption of acid regeneration gas are selected.For significant influencing factors,quick win improvement is carried out.Response optimization design is carried out for the three uncertain influencing factors of furnace top temperature,burner temperature,and spray flow rate of the spray gun,and the optimal matching parameters are found to reduce the energy consumption of acid regeneration gas,and provide reference for similar acid regeneration process systems.
