摘 要:为指导低硫高炉铁水生产超低硫钢脱硫作业的高效进行,从热力学和动力学两个角度分别就KR脱硫中影响脱硫效率的要素予以分析。分析表明:在热力学方面,温度、高炉渣成分、气氛和氧分压为脱硫效率主要影响因素,温度高、还原性气氛下、SiO2含量低的条件下可促进脱硫反应进行,提高脱硫效率;在动力学方面,气固反应中的脱硫反应与氧气浓度相关,受化学反应控制和氧气内扩散控制,而在气液反应中,若氧气充足,则通过调节气液边界层厚度和KR熔渣半径可提高脱硫效率。In order to guide the efficient desulfurization of ultra-low sulfur steel in the production of low sulfur blast furnace molten iron,the factors affecting desulfurization efficiency in KR desulfurization were analyzed from the perspectives of thermodynamics and kinetics.The analysis shows in terms of thermodynamics,temperature,blast furnace slag composition,atmosphere,and oxygen partial pressure are the main influencing factors for desulfurization efficiency.High temperature,reducing atmosphere,and low SiO2 content can promote desulfurization reaction and improve desulfurization efficiency.In terms of kinetics,the desulfurization reaction in gas-solid reactions is related to oxygen concentration and is controlled by chemical reactions and internal diffusion of oxygen.In gas-liquid reactions,if there is sufficient oxygen,the desulfurization efficiency can be improved by adjusting the thickness of the gas-liquid boundary layer and the KR slag radius.
