摘　　要：针对日钢矩形坯出现的非连续性脱方问题进行了系统研究,找出了铸坯脱方成因,分析了钢水成分、结晶器振动、配水等几个方面对矩形坯非连续性脱方的影响,并针对性地提出了相应的控制措施。实践表明,通过实施改进措施,实现了对非连续性脱方问题的有效控制。This paper is a systematic theoretical research on non-continuous off-square of rectangular cast billet in Rizhao Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.For this problem,it puts forward corresponding measures from the fllowing aspects:the composition of molten steel,mold oscillation and water distribution,etc.The practice shows improvement measures realize effective control on non-continuous off-square of rectangular cast billet.
