摘  要:在追求高炉长周期稳定顺行和低成本冶炼过程中,高炉面临使用原燃料品种较多、质量下降、粉末较大的问题,在尝试炉内大矿批、高冶炼强度下,原燃料筛分效果好坏直接关系炉况稳定性和指标推进。“粗料精吃”除需合理搭配原料性能外,入炉筛分管控成为重点,加强原燃料管理、减少入炉粉末、提高振筛效率、降低入炉原燃料粉末,保障入炉原燃料品质,是保证高炉炉况稳定顺行基础;同时,为减少不必要的浪费,控制返矿粒度合理,做到“精料细吃”同样也是推动低成本冶炼的关键环节。通过对平衡入炉筛分和控制合理的返矿粒度进行探索研究,取得了一定成效,为高炉长期稳定顺行、产能提升、指标进步、生铁成本降低奠定了基础。In the pursuit of long-term stable and low-cost smelting process in the blast furnace,the blast furnace is facing the use of a variety of raw materials and fuels,decreased quality,and large powder.In the trial of large ore batches and high smelting intensity in the furnace,the screening effect of raw materials and fuels is directly related to the stability of the furnace condition and the promotion of indicators.In addition to the reasonable combination of coarse material and fine material performance,the control of screening and screening in the furnace has become a focus,strengthening the management of raw materials and fuels,and reducing the amount of powder entering the furnace,improving the efficiency of the vibrating screen,reducing the powder of the incoming raw fuel,and ensuring the quality of the incoming raw fuel are the foundation for ensuring the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.At the same time,reducing unnecessary waste,controlling the reasonable particle size of the return ore,and achieving fine consumption of refined materials are also key links in promoting low-cost smelting.Exploring and researching how to balance the screening of the furnace and control the reasonable particle size of the return ore has achieved certain results,effectively laying the foundation for the long-term stable and smooth operation of the high furnace,increasing production capacity,improving indicators,and reducing pig iron costs.
