摘 要:根据24.2 mm超厚规格X60M管线钢卷板的成分强化理论和对组织的影响分析,设计了超厚规格X60M管线钢的成分体系。通过计算Nb的固溶温度,据CCT曲线评估设备状态,针对超厚规格的X60M设计了4种不同的温度控制工艺,同时执行空过F2和F7,F6压下率大于10%。根据设计的工艺进行了生产,并对试验钢进行冲击试验,结果表明:350℃和450℃的卷曲温度能够满足钢的机械性能和韧性的要求,500℃和600℃卷曲温度条件下不能满足韧性要求;观察组织发现350℃和450℃的卷曲温度下针状铁素体组织较多,珠光体含量极少,晶粒细小,组织均匀性好,500℃和600℃卷曲温度下等轴铁素体含量较多,晶粒较为粗大,组织均匀性较差。According to the theory of component strengthening and the effect on the structure,the composition system of X60M pipeline steel coil was designed for 24.2 mm X60M pipeline steel.By calculating Nb solution temperature,CCT curve and evaluating equipment status,four different temperature control processes were designed for ultra-thick X60M,and the air pass F2 and F7 were performed at the same time,and the F6 reduction rate was greater than 10%.According to the designed process,the test steel impact test,350℃and 450℃curling can meet the requirements of mechanical properties and toughness,500℃and 600℃curling conditions can not meet the toughness requirements,while the observation of the structure found that 350℃and 450℃curling acicular ferrite structure more,pearlite content is very small,fine grains,good uniformity of organization.At 500℃and 600℃,the content of curled equiaxed ferrite is higher,the grain is thicker,and the microstructure uniformity is poor.
