提升电弧炉冶炼45号圆钢铸坯质量的工艺优化研究

摘　　要：为了改善45号圆钢铸坯质量,根据电弧炉冶炼45号圆钢的工艺流程,进行电弧炉冶炼工艺优化、LF工艺优化和连铸工艺优化,并对铸坯低倍组织进行检验。结果表明:通过工艺优化,45号圆钢质量有了很大的提升,达到了预期目标,对其他品种钢的生产具有积极的借鉴意义。In order to improve the quality of 45#round steel billets,arc furnace smelting process optimization,LF process optimization,and continuous casting process optimization were carried out based on the process flow of arc furnace smelting 45#round steel,and the microstructure of the billets was inspected.The results show that through process optimization,the quality of No.45 round steel has been greatly improved,achieving the expected goals,and has positive reference significance for the production of other types of steel.
