摘　　要：通过对河钢邯钢冷轧厂2号热镀锌线电阻焊机进行了增加激光焊接功能的技术改造,使焊机具备了电阻焊和激光焊的双重焊接功能,突破了热镀锌线(2.0~3.0)mm×(1000~1500)mm设计规格限制,实现了3.00~4.85 mm超厚规格有花产品的连续生产。应用结果表明,针对厚度大于2.5 mm的带钢采用激光焊接,厚度小于2.5 mm的带钢采用电阻焊接,能够有效解决厚规格断带问题,为产线提速提产增效提供设备保障。This paper mainly introduces the addition of laser welding function to the resistance welding machine in 2#hot dip galvanizing line in Hangang Cold Rolling Mill of Hegang.Through this technological transformation,the welding machine has dual welding function of resistance welding and laser welding,which breaks through the design specification of(2.0-3.0)mm×(1000~1500)mm hot dip galvanizing line and realizes the continuous production of 3.0 mm~4.85 mm ultra-thick flowered products.The application result shows laser welding is used for strips with thickness greater than 2.5 mm,and resistance welding is used for strips with thickness less than 2.5 mm,which can effectively solve the problem of thick strip breaking and provide equipment guarantee for production line speed and efficiency improvement.
