摘  要:塔山矿三盘8309工作面回采期间上隅角频繁出现瓦斯超限现象,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采,针对此问题,通过技术研究,对原工作面通风系统进行优化,利用邻近5310巷兼做回风巷,形成“U+L”型通风系统,同时对工作面采取“顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔+中高位裂隙钻孔+采空区埋管”综合瓦斯治理技术。实际应用效果表明:通风系统优化后以及采取综合瓦斯治理技术后,工作面落煤点瓦斯体积分数控制在0.8%以下,总回风流瓦斯体积分数控制在0.6%以下,成功解决了传统U型通风系统上隅角瓦斯积聚、工作面风阻大及漏风量大等技术难题,取得了显著的应用成效。During the mining period of the 8309 working face in the third panel of Tashan Mine,gas exceeding limits frequently occur in the upper corner,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the working face.In response to this problem,through technical research,the original ventilation system of the working face is optimized,and the adjacent 5310 lane is used as a return air lane to form a"U+L"type ventilation system.At the same time,comprehensive gas control technologies such as"drilling for gas extraction along layers,drilling for mid to high level fractures,and burying pipes in goaf"are adopted for the working face.Through practical application results,it can be seen that after the optimization of the ventilation system and the adoption of comprehensive gas control technology,the gas volume fraction at the coal falling point of the working face is controlled below 0.8%,and the total gas volume fraction of the return air flow is controlled below 0.6%.This has successfully solved the technical problems of the traditional U-shaped ventilation system,such as the accumulation of gas in the corner,high air resistance in the working face,and large air leakage,and achieved significant application results.
