摘 要:为了解决巷道底板底鼓量大的问题,以贺西矿3316工作面为工程背景,对巷道底板控制技术进行研究,首先通过数值模拟对爆破卸压及切槽卸压效果进行分析,选定爆破卸压方案,后根据现场支护经验选定在巷道600~650 m位置采用底板注浆+锚网索联合支护方案,在巷道650~700 m位置采用底板爆破卸压方案。通过工业化试验对两种方案下巷道底鼓情况进行监测,经过监测发现两种方案均能满足巷道底板控制要求。In order to solve the problem of large floor heave in the roadway floor,the control technology of the roadway floor was studied using the 3316 working face of Hexi Mine as the engineering background.Firstly,the blasting pressure relief and groove cutting pressure relief effects were analyzed through numerical simulation,and the blasting pressure relief plan was selected.Then,based on on-site support experience,a combined support plan of floor grouting and anchor mesh cable was selected at the position of 600~650 meters in the roadway.A floor blasting pressure relief plan is adopted at the position of 650~700 meters in the tunnel.Through industrial experiments,the situation of roadway floor heave was monitored under both schemes,and it was found that both schemes could meet the requirements for roadway floor control.
