摘  要:为实现12402回风巷安全高效掘进并降低探放水成本,根据12402综采工作面现场情况,在12402运输巷内布置定向长钻孔,对12403采空区内积水进行超前定向疏排。布置的定向长钻孔可隔一个采面对采空区积水进行疏排,从而解决了普通疏排水钻孔距离短、位置偏差大等问题。同时,利用定向钻进设备钻孔轨迹可控制特点,将定向长钻孔布置在12402回风巷底板内,提高了巷道掘进的安全性。现场应用后,布置的4个定向探放水钻孔累积疏排采空区积水量达到3.65万m3,有效解决了12403采空区积水对12402回风巷掘进的影响,疏排水工作与12402回风巷掘进同步开展,为采面早日回采创造了有利的条件。In order to achieve safe and efficient excavation of the 12402 return air roadway and reduce the cost of water exploration and drainage,based on the on-site situation of the 12402 fully mechanized mining face,directional long boreholes are arranged in the 12402 transportation roadway to conduct advanced directional drainage of accumulated water in the 12403 goaf.The directional long boreholes arranged can drain the accumulated water in the goaf every other mining face,thus solving the problems of short distance and large positional deviation of ordinary drainage boreholes.At the same time,utilizing the controllable drilling trajectory of directional drilling equipment,directional long boreholes are arranged in the bottom plate of the 12402 return air roadway,improving the safety of tunnel excavation.After on-site application,four directional water exploration and drainage boreholes were arranged to accumulate and drain water from the goaf,reaching 36500 m3.This effectively solved the impact of water accumulation in the 12403 goaf on the excavation of the 12402 return air tunnel.The drainage work was carried out simultaneously with the excavation of the 12402 return air tunnel,creating favorable conditions for early recovery of the mining face.
