摘 要:为了杜绝N10909综采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限现象,保证工作面安全高效回采,申家庄煤矿通过技术研究,决定采用对工作面煤层布置顺层交替瓦斯抽采钻孔、对采空区上覆顶板布置高位裂隙钻孔、对采空区内埋管、安装风流引射器及风障等综合瓦斯治理技术。应用实践表明:对上隅角采取综合瓦斯治理技术后,上隅角瓦斯体积分数降低至3%以下,回风流中瓦斯体积分数控制在0.8%以下,取得了显著应用成效。In order to eliminate the phenomenon of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner of the N10909 fully mechanized mining face and ensure safe and efficient mining of the working face,Shenjiazhuang Coal Mine has decided to adopt comprehensive gas control technologies such as arranging alternating gas extraction boreholes along the coal seam,arranging high level crack boreholes on the overlying roof of the goaf,burying pipes in the goaf,installing air flow injectors and wind barriers through technical research.The application practice shows that after adopting comprehensive gas control technology for the upper corner,the gas volume fraction in the upper corner is reduced to below 3%,and the gas volume fraction in the return air flow is controlled below 0.8%,achieving significant application results.
