摘  要:以晋普山煤矿90103回风顺槽切顶卸压沿空留巷技术应用为研究背景,通过文献调研、理论分析、工业性试验和现场实测等方法,确定了采用深浅孔交错布置联合切顶的方法改善留巷应力环境。其中:深孔孔深为10.6 m,间距为600 mm,装药量为6.9 kg。切断基本顶上边界,浅孔切顶高度超过深孔封孔长度为1 m。采用密集钻孔切顶,然后对留巷进行锚索补强支护、“双层金属网+水泥毯+U型钢+钢筋拉杆”巷旁防护、单体柱金属顶梁滞后临时支护进行围岩综合控制。90103回风顺槽设计尺寸为2.2 m×4.2 m,回采过后顶板最大下沉量为365 mm,采空区侧帮最大移近量为310 mm,实体煤侧最大移近量为156 mm,满足下工作面使用需求,应用效果良好,为相似条件下的工作面采用切顶卸压沿空留巷开采提供了参考依据。Taking the application of Jinpushan Coal Mine 90103 return channel cutting roof unloading technology along the empty alley as the research background,through literature research,theoretical analysis,industrial experiments,on-site measurement and other methods,it was deter mined that the method of using deep and shallow hole staggered arrangement joint cutting roof to improve the stress environment of the remaining alley,among which:the depth of the deep hole hole is 10.6 m,the spacing is 600 mm,the charge is 6.9 kg,the basic top boundary is cut off,the height of the shallow hole cutting top exceeds the length of the deep hole sealing hole by 1 m,and the intensive drilling hole is used to cut the top,and then the anchor cable reinforcement support is carried out on the remaining alley.Double metal mesh+cement blanket+U-shaped steel+steel tie rod"roadside protection,single column metal top beam lag temporary support for comprehensive control of surrounding rock,90103 return wind trough design size of 2.2 m×4.2 m,the maximum sinking a mount of the roof plate after mining is 365 mm,the maximum approach of the goaf side is 310 mm,and the maximum approach of the solid coal side is 156 mm,which meets the needs of the lower working face and has a good application effect.This paper provides a reference for the working face under similar conditions to use cutting top unloading pressure to mine along the empty alley.
