摘　　要：针对首钢长钢公司炼铁厂9号高炉直吹管烧穿问题,深入分析可能导致直吹管烧穿的原因,并针对性地采取规范安装工艺、提高直吹管内衬浇注料的质量、优化浇筑工艺、调整适宜的煤枪位置、加强异常炉况处理监护、强化冷却、加强日常点检维护等措施,从而实现安全使用直吹管的目的。In response to the issue of direct blow pipe burning through at the No.9 blast furnace of Shougang Changgang Company's ironmaking plant,in-depth analysis is conducted on the possible causes of direct blow pipe burning through.Targeted measures are taken to standardize installation processes,improve the quality of direct blow pipe lining castables,optimize pouring processes,adjust suitable coal gun positions,strengthen monitoring of abnormal furnace conditions,strengthen cooling,and strengthen daily inspection and maintenance,in order to achieve the goal of safe use of direct blow pipes.
