摘　　要：热轧卷取机是热轧带钢生产线上的主要设备,热轧卷筒是卷取机最重要的部件。目前,国内外热轧卷筒普遍采用连杆—柱塞斜楔式卷筒结构。热轧卷取机长期工作在高温、高速条件下,工作负荷高、冲击力大,环境恶劣,其运转情况和维护效果直接影响整个热轧生产线的生产效率。根据卷筒的实际运行状况,对热轧卷筒维护工作要点进行分析,以期延长热轧卷筒使用周期,提高卷取机工作效能,提升热轧生产线设备运转率,从而有效提高轧线产品质量和经济效益。The hot rolling coiler is the main equipment on the hot rolling strip production line,and the hot rolling drum is the most important component of the coiler.At present,the connecting rod plunger wedge type drum structure is commonly used for hot rolling drums both domestically and internationally.The hot rolling coiler works under high temperature and high-speed conditions for a long time,with high workload,high impact force,and harsh environment.Its operation and maintenance effect directly affect the production efficiency of the entire hot rolling production line.Based on the actual operation status of the hot rolling drum,this paper analyzes the key points of maintenance work for the hot rolling drum,in order to extend the service life of the hot rolling drum,improve the working efficiency of the coiler,improve the operation rate of the hot rolling production line equipment,and effectively improve the quality and economic benefits of the rolling line products.
