摘　　要：烧结配料是烧结矿生产中的一个重要环节,配料皮带秤的运行情况直接决定着烧结矿的质量和产量,同时也关系着高炉生产的稳定运行。鉴于此,为保证配料皮带秤计量的准确性和稳定性,重点阐述光华配料皮带秤的结构、工作原理及影响计量精度的因素等,举例分析配料秤常见的故障及处理方案,并对配料秤的日常维护要点进行介绍。光华配料秤在烧结配料中的合理应用将有助于检修人员快速处理故障、解决问题,保障烧结的正常生产。Sintering burden is an important link in sintering production,and the operation of the burden belt scale directly determines the quality and output of sintering ore,as well as the stable operation of blast furnace production.In view of this,in order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the metering of the batching belt scale,the structure,working principle,and factors affecting the metering accuracy of the Guanghua batching belt scale are emphasized.Common faults and treatment plans of the batching scale are analyzed with examples,and the daily maintenance points of the batching scale are introduced.The reasonable application of Guanghua batching scale in sintering batching will help maintenance personnel quickly handle faults,solve problems,and ensure normal production of sintering.
