摘　　要：在生产冷轧镀锌线生产过程中,会因原料问题导致退火炉内带钢跑偏而引发停车。基在此,以连续镀锌线设备为研究主体,分析设备的具体运行情况,探究在镀锌线生产期间炉内带钢跑偏管理存在的问题,并提出改进对策,确保产线稳定运行。During the production process of cold rolled galvanized lines,raw material issues may cause the strip steel in the annealing furnace to deviate and cause a shutdown.Based on this,the continuous galvanizing line equipment is the main research subject,analyzing the specific operation of the equipment,exploring the problems in the management of strip steel deviation in the furnace during the production of the galvanizing line,and proposing improvement measures to ensure the stable operation of the production line.
