摘　　要：本研究开展藏木香黑地膜垄栽和双色地膜垄栽两种栽培方式的比较试验,考察不同栽培方式下藏木香移栽成活率、产量、品质和经济效益差异,通过分光光度法和HPLC定量分析法测定成分含量,采用SPSS26软件进行统计分析。结果表明,藏木香两种栽培方式的产量具有显著性差异,双色地膜垄栽方式优于黑色地膜垄栽,而田间管理成本趋于一致,药材质量亦无显著差异。因此,采用双色地膜垄栽方式生产藏木香,其产量、质量和经济效益均较好。In this paper,a comparative experiment was carried out between black mulch ridge planting and two-color mulch ridge planting,and the difference in transplanting survival rate,yield,quality and economic benefit of Inula helenium under different cultivation methods was investigated.The component content was determined by spectropHotometry and HPLC,and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS26.In conclusion,the yield,quality and economic benefits of two-color mulch ridge planting are better.
